A new edition, the IV, of the Artisan Cheese Fair of Montanejos is approaching. For this event, which is celebrated on October 5 and 6, 2019, 23 events have been organized thanks to the 20 participants and 6 collaborators who have placed cheese as the protagonist of pairings, tastings, live music and live cooking.
The objective of the fair is to focus on all cheese artisans in the province of
Castellón and the Valencian Community, coordinated and endorsed by the Association of cheese makers of the C.V. and recognized experts in this agri-food sector, as well as leading manufacturers in the dairy industry, institutions and foundations focused on the agri-food sector.
